Use the My X section to access lists of objects that are owned by you. Each supported object type appears as a separate list. You can open a list directly in the Table Widget, use its menu to choose another available view, and add frequently used lists to Favorites.
Open the My X section
- Locate My X in the left navigation panel.
- Expand or select the section to view the available lists.
- Select the list for the object type you want to work with.
Selecting a list opens its objects automatically in the Table Widget.
The available lists depend on the object types supported by the platform and the permissions assigned to your account.
View recently used objects
The Recents list appears at the top of the My X section. It contains the objects you have worked with recently, providing quick access without requiring you to locate their individual object-type lists.
Select Recents to open these objects automatically in the Table Widget.

Open a list in a different view
Use the kebab menu next to a list to access its available commands.
Choose the relevant Open in command to display the objects:
- Select Open in Table to open the objects in the Table Widget and view them as rows and columns.
- Select Open in Kanban to open the objects in the Kanban Widget and view them as cards organized on a board.
The available commands may vary according to the selected object type, its configuration, and your permissions.
Add a list to Favorites
Use the favorite button next to a list to add it to Favorites. This provides faster access to lists you use regularly.
Select the favorite button again to remove the list from Favorites. Adding or removing a favorite changes only your navigation preferences; it does not modify the objects in the list.
Understand My X lists
Each object-type list in My X represents a particular type of object associated with the current user. Objects are separated by type rather than combined into a single list.
The Recents list is different from the object-type lists because it brings together objects you have recently worked with.
Opening a list in Table or Kanban changes how its contents are presented. It does not change the objects, their ownership, or their lifecycle state.
Troubleshooting
If an expected list is missing, confirm that the relevant object type is available to your account and that you have permission to view its objects.
If an expected object does not appear under Recents, confirm that you recently opened or worked with the object and refresh the navigation panel.
If a list does not open in the Table Widget, refresh the application and select the list again.
If a list does not appear in Favorites after you select the favorite button, refresh the navigation panel and try again. If the issue continues, check whether your user preferences can be saved.
