The Collapse All command helps you work with large product structures more easily in Nora IPLM. It collapses all components under a main product in one step. This reduces visual noise and keeps the Structure Widget clean.
With this command, you can focus on the main product first. You do not need to collapse items one by one. As a result, navigation becomes faster and simpler.
Where to Find the “Collapse All” Command
You can find the Collapse All command in different places in the Structure Widget. This makes it easy to access during daily work.
- Right-click on any object in the Structure Widget
- Use the command bars in the Structure Widget
How to Use “Collapse All” in the Structure Widget
1. Find the “Collapse All” Command
First, open the Structure Widget toolbar.
You can also right-click on any object in the Structure Widget.
Next, open the Expand–Collapse menu.
Then, select Collapse All.
2. Collapse the Structure
Click the Collapse All command.
The system collapses the full structure at once.
Only the main (parent) product stays visible.
All related components are hidden under it.
