Widget Pairing

Widget pairing enables users to connect two widgets for automatic data transfer, eliminating the need for manual interaction.

How Widget Pairing Works:

  1. Initiating Pairing:
    • Users can initiate widget pairing by clicking on the pairing menu icon, located at the top left corner of the widgets, identified by a pair icon.
  2. Pairing Options:
    • Once in the pairing menu, users have two options to choose from:
    a. Paired Widgets (Bi-directional Communication):
    • Lists the widgets that are currently paired and actively exchanging data with the selected widget.
    b. Secondary Widget (Unidirectional Communication):
    • This option allows the primary widget to send data to a secondary widget, facilitating one-way communication from the primary to the secondary widget.

Widget pairing simplifies the integration of data across different widgets, enhancing the user’s ability to interact with and manage information effectively.
