										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In Nora IPLM, you can manage the behavior and rules applied to objects by changing their <strong>lifecycle type</strong>. This defines the set of states and transitions available for the object throughout its lifecycle.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Where to Reach the “Change Lifecycle” Command</h3>



<p>You can access this command:</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>From the right-click menu of all objects</li>



<li>All widgets’ command bar (Shown only if there is a selected object in the multiple selection widgets)</li>



<li>All Lists</li>



<li>Search Pane</li>
</ul>



<p>It works on all widgets, lists, and searches in different contexts.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">How to Use</h3>



<ol class="wp-block-list">
<li><strong>Select the Object(s):</strong><br>Click to select one or more objects from any list, widget, or search pane.</li>



<li><strong>Select “Change Lifecycle”:</strong><br>Use either the right-click menu or the widget’s command bar to choose the <strong>Change Lifecycle</strong> command.</li>



<li><strong>Choose Lifecycle:</strong><br>In the pop-up window that opens, select a new lifecycle from the dropdown list.</li>



<li><strong>Confirm:</strong><br>Click <strong>OK</strong> to apply the change.</li>
</ol>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">Where to Find the “Create Dashboard” Command</h4>



<p>You can create a new dashboard from two main areas:</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li><strong>Dashboard text link</strong> at the top left of the platform</li>



<li><strong>Dashboard button</strong> in the left-side pane</li>
</ul>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">How to Create a Dashboard</h4>



<p><strong>Option 1: From the Top Navigation</strong></p>



<p>1. Click on the <strong>Dashboard</strong> text in the top-left corner of the platform.</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">How to Complete a Task</h4>



<p><strong>1. Access the Command</strong><br>You can do any of the following:</p>



<p>Right-click on a task (in any widget, list, or search pane) and find the Complete Task command in the Task Commands section or,</p>



<p>Select one or more tasks in a multi-selection widget and click <strong>Complete Task</strong> from the command bar</p>

<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Displaying an object in a widget</li>



<li>Creating a new relationship between objects (in the Structure Widget only)</li>
</ul>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">Where to Find the “Paste” Command</h4>



<p>You can access the <strong>Paste</strong> command from the following locations:</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Right-click menu of all objects placed in a widget.</li>



<li>Command bar in all widgets</li>
</ul>



<p>This command is available across all widgets and views.</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">1. Paste for Display</h4>



<p>To display a copied object in a widget:</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Right-click anywhere inside the widget (if it already contains objects), or</li>



<li>Use the <strong>Paste</strong> command from the widget’s command bar</li>
</ul>

<p>The object will appear in the widget where it was pasted.</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">2. Paste to Create a Relation</h4>



<p>To establish a relationship using Paste:</p>



<p>Open the root object in a <strong>Structure Widget</strong>. Either:</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Select the root object and click <strong>Paste</strong> from the command bar, or</li>



<li>Right-click the root object and choose <strong>Paste</strong></li>
</ul>

<p>In the popup window:</p>

<li>Choose the desired relationship type</li>



<li>Click <strong>Create</strong></li>
</ul>



<p>A success notification will confirm that the relation has been created.</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">Where to Find the “Column Configuration” Command</h4>



<p>You can access the <strong>Column Configuration</strong> command from the following locations:</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Right-click menu in any table-type widget (when objects are present)</li>



<li>Command bar of table-type widgets</li>
</ul>



<p>This feature works across all table-type widgets in Nora IPLM.</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">How to Configure Columns</h4>



<p><strong>1. Open Column Configuration</strong><br>Either:</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Right-click anywhere inside a table widget (when at least one object is displayed), or</li>



<li>Click the <strong>Column Configuration</strong> button in the widget’s command bar.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>2. Customize the View</strong><br>In the Column Chooser window:</p>

<li>Select or de-select attributes to show or hide specific columns.</li>



<li>Drag and resize the popup as needed to view options comfortably.</li>



<li>Your column settings will be automatically updated in real time.</li>
</ul>

<p>You can access the <strong>Clone</strong> command from the following locations:</p>

<li>Right-click menu of all objects</li>



<li>Command bar in all widgets</li>



<li>All Lists</li>

</ul>



<p>This feature works across all widgets, lists, and search contexts.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">How to Clone an Object</h3>



<p><strong>1. Access the Clone Command:</strong></p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Right-click on the object you want to clone and choose <strong>Clone</strong> or</li>



<li>Select the object and click the <strong>Clone</strong> command from the command bar.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>2. Configure Clone Settings:</strong></p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>In the popup window, select whether to use a <strong>Prefix</strong> or <strong>Suffix</strong>, and enter the desired text to customize the new object’s name.</li>



<li>Choose whether to <strong>include the structure</strong> of the original object.</li>



<li>Click the <strong>Clone</strong> button to proceed.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>3. Confirmation and Access:</strong></p>

<li>A success notification in the bottom-left corner will confirm that the object has been cloned.</li>



<li>The newly created clone will automatically open in a <strong>Details</strong> widget.</li>
